With Gratitude

We are Born Powerful, we beat with the Drum of Creation.

Learning this truth took me time. Thankfully I had Wise and Wonderful mentors helping me.

I am deeply grateful for the work that they put into themselves and their willingness to share all that they have learned.

I have had many teachers and mentors come into my life who have helped my work take shape.

I have such love and gratitude for them, it is their combined knowledge and guidance that has created the frame work for my methodology and personal practice.

Some of the practices I have woven into this structure include techniques and ideas I have learned from the writing of prominent pagans, psychologists, feminists and my own therapists.

Thank you to my those of you who have impacted me and have influenced how I walk this path and practice my craft.

In particular I would like to acknowledge the witch who initiated me and trained me in energy work, thank you for the foundation and skills you patiently practiced with me. In keeping with our traditions, I will keep your name vailed.

I would also like to acknowledge the women who nurtured my talent for healing and mediumship when I was a baby witch in my 20’s;

Reiki Master – Manisha, through who I received my first attunement

Libby – the best card slinger I have ever worked with.

Thank you to my mediumship mentor Tara Diana, who solidified my trust in the messages I get.

My current healing practices are most influenced by the training I received from Monique Wilson, she taught me the art of journeying and channelling.

I am grateful for her teachings and the medicine she has shared with me.

I am honoured to call her my friend and for the time we spend drinking tea and sharing.

Lastly, I would like to acknowledged the training I have received from “the Last Mask Centre.” The healing and energy work I have done with them has helped prepare me to teach and assist others who are on a healing path.

How I market my classes and present my webpage are informed by Kelly Diels.

I believe that as a healer it is my responsibility to incorporated consent and transparency into my sales practices.

Kelly had taught me that even though we have collectively inherited an unjust culture; as creators we have the power to shape our culture and make it better.

I have heard that it can often take four or five generations to heal a family from trauma; I feel the collective healing that are culture requires will also take the work of many generations.

It is on the foundations of those that have come before me that I am building my work.

It is my hope that what I create can help move the next generation of chain breakers and healers to a level beyond what I can reach.
