WORK WITH THE GROUNDING ENERGY OF EARTH
This guided meditation, is for grounding and connecting with earth.
We are always connected to Gaia, this meditation brings that natural connection into our awareness.
I have adapted this grounding exercise from one that I learned through my training at the Last Mask Center.

One of the obstacles that can present itself when starting a daily grounding practice is that some people, myself included, may struggle to feel safe within their body.
Connecting to and grounding into our bodies can be activating for many people …
So please know that you can adapt this meditation in any way you need. Some ways that we can adapt all meditation practices are
- Choosing your gaze, you do not have to close your eyes, some other options are
- Partially closed
- Soft gaze, a slightly unfocused gaze where you relax the muscles around the eyes
- Explore having eyes open and possibly focusing on a image of nature
- Exploring different postures and levels of stillness
- What posture do you prefer and feel at ease in?
- Try practicing while sitting in a favorite place, or even comfortably standing (you could rest against something)
- Would movement such as walking meditation suit you
