Episode 66: Goddess Mastermind

Today’s episode was recorded live at a spiritual summit for readers

where I gave a master class on Goddess energy.

The lovely Tara Diana of Spirit Essence hosted the summit and introduces me in the episode.

This was such a fun talk for me to give that I wanted to share it all with you. I share about how working with Goddesses is like building a relationship with a wise loving friend. I introduce you to some of my patron Goddesses and a bit of their lore. This was all unscripted and off the top of my head.

This is actually my favorite way to teach as it feels more like a down load than a lecture

I introduce you to….

  • Fraya form the Norse
    • head of the Valkyries and Warrior Goddess
  • Baba Yaga
    • crone Goddess and protector of women
  • Morrigan of the Celtic lore
    • wise Goddess who I see in Crone form
    • she has fairies connections
    • she is associated with battle and can sway the result of a fight
  • Bridgette
    • Goddess of Fire and spring
    • inspiration to artists
    • who may be a triple faced goddess as researchers are finding out
  • Sedna form Northern First Nations
    • Water Goddess of the Northers Oceans
    • I’ll tell you her story
    • I will share about my healing work with her
  • Oshun
    • water Goddess of rivers
    • connected to mother energy
    • energy of birthing yourself as a mother

In the conversation Tara and I touch on a few more Goddesses, the ones she works with are The Green Tara and White Tara (yes it is so cute that she works with the Goddesses that share her name). We also chat about the different energy of the southern ocean and water goddesses like Yamemay and Oshun and how they are different that Sedna’s energy.

You can think of the Goddesses you work with as your Wise Best Girlfriend

You get suggestions on deepening your practice, I share simple ways you can:

  • Connect with a Goddesses
  • Which specific Goddesses you can call on for help with:
    • creativity
    • toxic relationships
    • motherhood
  • How to add things to your alter to honour them
  • Times of the year when specific Goddesses are more active

We can follow the rabbit trails of our curiosity to our patron goddesses. We can find  them in the signs we are getting in our lives. A goddess will give us signs to lead us to them, similar to how spirit animals will. I feel they are personalities and divine entities that have patience with us. They understand the demand of our lives and will wait. Once they reveal themselves and connect with us they are in our corner and rooting us on.

I ended this talk giving messages but have cut that out to honour the privacy of those in the live session.
