EP:31 Interview with Kelly DelBianco

In today’s episode I spend some time talking with Kelly DelBianco, a Psychic Seer.

She works by clicking your Spiritual puzzle into place and unlocking your layers; past, present and future. Her programs mentor you to connect in Spirituality and heal from the inside out.

Most of our conversation flows through topics centred around healing, from the abstract ideas of our energy and how trauma can effect us to the more practical aspects of applying our spiritual knowledge to our lives.

The first thing we unpack is the technique of going “In and UP” to clear our trauma and work through our emotional reactions in the moment. When we use this technique we shift from a place of automatic reactivity to the more empowered position of heart centred mindfulness.

 In the process of going In - inside our self.
We stay in alignment with our truth and do not take on the story of another. 

Then we go Up - to our spiritual enlightened thinking 
Allowing us to process the situation from a place of compassion. 

But what does this really mean in real time.

We give the example of being in Costco and the whole place feels like it is out to get you. Everyone is driving their cart with aggression and you are in the way of the rotisserie chicken. A stranger hollers at you or calls you a name as they aggressively drive their cart around you.
Kelly breaks down what it is like to use the idea of going into yourself, and going up to a high vibrational space to assess the interaction. Using the “In and Up” technique we can avoid being triggered into a spiral of traumatic stories.

It seems counterintuitive when Kelly says to apologize to the aggro cart driver. But in truth, it is a method of disengaging your energy. Our truth is that we are not whatever the crazy Costco shopper is implying. And also they are operating from a place of reactive trauma, they are bubbling over with emotion that is not connected to Costco or shopping. They are playing out their story and we do not have to be a part of it.

This teaching can rub up against the idea that we need to stand up for ourselves and not allow people to push us around or treat us badly.

We are applying abstract and energetic concepts to our daily human dramas and when we do so we need to look at it through a spiritual lens. When we disengage our energy from a conflict and make the choice not to respond to a person who is projecting their drama onto us; we are energetically validating our truth and blocking the energy of the other person from entering our field. Like energetically stepping around a mud puddle, we avoid the other person’s energy completely.

These teachings of “In and Up” that Kelly shares with us, are one of the channelled teachings she has received from her spirit guides, a group of very high vibrational energies called The Jacob Collective.

Since Kelly and I are friends, we have chatted over tea about The Jacob Collective. I am so thrilled that she chose to share her work with them here on my podcast. You are in for a treat! And you will most likely be re-listening to this episode as the information they have been giving Kelly is a bit mind-blowing. The Channellings read like very heady spiritual texts and are filled with abstract language.

When I was editing the podcast I heard a sort of chirping sound at one point in the recording. I edited it out of the podcast but wanted to let you hear it for yourself. The Jacob Collective has been working with Kelly for some time now, they describe themselves as a creator consciousness.

The basis of the way they see and work with energy flips some of our new-age ideals around. They speak in terms of Mind, Heart, Soul.

Where ....
Mind is the scribe - recording and record keeping 
Heart or our heart space is the regulator - regulates the physical body and the emotional body. 
              There is no separation between the 2 bodies as we are typically used to thinking of them  
Soul is the conductor - conducting the energy through us, connecting the mind and the heart 
                (like a wire not a band conductor) 

and she is working on writing a book of their channelling. That will include the verbatim messages and Kelly’s breakdown of the information.

Kelly shared about a message she received while facilitating a class.

“You are energy with a mind energy does not have emotions and when you extinguish your emotions then  energy becomes unfettered and then you can flare.  These flares contribute to your energy emittance. Remember energy is constant so it neither proliferates or decreases. The flare allows your energy to illuminate at a higher degree.   This illumination then for words of understanding deletes the dark, by illuminating higher the high the illumination  the greater the collective.”  

There is this truth in what they speak about, how the purpose of the individual life is not to increase their vibration, but to work at increasing the whole of the expansion of the energy of the earth. Fully embodying all that it is to be human, living from a place of mind heart and soul. Living in the emotional self vs the fullness of self decreases your energy flair.

The teaching given by the Jacob collective on this reminds me of the work I have been doing around the idea of soul families. How we reincarnate with the same soul and work together through lifetimes to free our soul family from karma and heal our ancestors and unborn through our collective healing.

Kelly sent me the transcript of the message for you.

You perceive lessons as something that occurs to you and you emotionally work through.
We will tell you lessons are figments of human expression. 
Each energy upon earth is there for the collective whole, not the individual self.
There is a collective purpose. That is the ascension of earth into the new earth. So as to integrate with the infinite consciousness.
You perceive this ascension as lessons whereas we designate them as energy bursts or flares.
Think of this:
“You are energy with a mind
Energy does not have emotions
When you extinguish your emotions, then the energy remains unfettered and can then flare 
These flares contribute to your energy emittance 
Remember energy is constant it neither proliferates or decreases but manipulates 
The flares allow your energy to illuminate at a higher degree.
The higher the illumination the greater the collective “
If you wish to call the extinguishing or removing of emotional aspects lessons, that is your language, your belief.
